How are my products delivered?
The first attempt to deliver your products will be at your school on a designated day. Products will be delivered in April or early May. Payment in full is required before products will be released to you. If you miss the delivery day at your school, please call to set up an appointment at our office. Top >>
How do I get a refund?
You may receive a refund for all non-personalized items purchased. You must make your request in writing and it must be received in our office by June 20th of the same school year that the order was placed. Top >>
How do I pay the balance of my product order?
When you first place your order, you are required to put down a $60.00 deposit. Our office will send you a bill in January and in order to receive your product, you must pay off your balance before the product is delivered in April. Top >>
How do I find my ring size?
National Achiever will bring a ring sizer with them when they visit your campus to take orders. However, you may come in to our retail store or visit any local jeweler to get your correct ring size. Top >>
How is my ring delivered to me?
Once your balance is paid in full, rings are shipped via UPS. If you would like to make arrangements to pick up your ring at our retail store you MUST call first so that we can have your ring ready for you when you arrive. Top >>
How long does it take to get my ring after it has been ordered?
Normal ring delivery time is approximately eight weeks. Rings are delivered after your balance is paid in full. Top >>
What options are included in the list price of my class ring?
The retail list price of your class ring includes all the options that are shown in the picture. This includes: Stone and Stone Cut of your choice, Custom Activity/Mascot Side Designs, Engraving, and Personalized Side and School Bezel Names. Top >>
How do I measure for my Cap & Gown?
Give us your weight in pounds and your height in feet and inches. Please let us know if you also need extra room in the chest or mid section. When measuring your height, measure from the top of your head to the floor. Top >>
When and how do I turn in my graduation product order?
If your school is one of our main accounts, our sales staff will be scheduled to come to your school to take your order and answer questions. If you are unable to turn in your order at school on those designated dates, you may mail, e-mail , or deliver your order to our office. Top >>
Why do I have to order my graduation products so early?
If your school is one of our main accounts, we try to keep costs down by ordering for the whole class at the same time. We also need time to design your announcement and choose your graduation regalia. The deadline for on time ordering is Dec. 15th. Top >>
What if I don't graduate? Can I get a refund?
If you do not graduate and need a refund, you must request one in writing at least 2 weeks before your graduation date.

Refunds are given for current year, non dated or non personalized products only.
